In the shadow of Glastonbury Tor, Middlewick Holiday
Cottages offers a range of comfortable self-catering cottages
and glamping cabins sleeping from two to
six with a total capacity of
42...
Middlewick is in a spectacular location; sitting
by the ancient oak trees Gog and Maggog which are thought to be the
entrance to the ancient Isle of Avalon, and backing onto Glastonbury
Tor. It has unrivalled views across the Somerset levels to Chedar
George and the Mendip Hills. It is a peaceful and tranquil location in an area steeped in
history, myth and legend. Nestled in a sixteen
acre blend of gardens, horse paddocks and orchard, Middlewick is a wonderful place to relax, with the added bonus of a heated indoor swimming pool and steam room.
We have several dog friendly cottages: Springfield, Pippin,
the Annex and Tor View.
You can walk directly up the Tor from Middlewick
and then into Glastonbury itself! It is a very special route to
take.
As well as catering for private holidaymakers
and those on short breaks we can also cater for
family groups, special
interest groups and groups on retreats. We also have limited
dates available for Wedding
Receptions when the whole Middlewick Complex can be taken over.
If you cannot find
the break you are looking for please contact us by telephone and we
will do our best to accommodate your needs.
For those looking to
attend
Glastonbury Festival 2013 we are now completely booked up. Glastonbury Festival runs from the 26th June to 1st
July 2013.
Internet access is available in all the cottages.
