About us...

Middlewick Holiday Cottages is a complex of 12 holiday cottages and Glamping cabins based at the foot of the Glastonbury Tor.  Owners Jill and Jonathan Barker, the founders of the ethical children’s brand Green Baby, are lovingly maintaining the property while making improvements along the way.  The most exciting improvements will be the ‘green’ modifications that can be made to carry on the environmental legacy Jill created when she formed Green Baby in 1999.
    
The Barkers fell in love with the spot, surrounded by acres of organic farms, as soon as they found it.  The original green baby, their son Thomas who is now 14, is also a part of the team.  He is in charge of finding the fun in the 17 acres of pastures and gardens that surround the property.

Middlewick Farm was transformed into holiday cottages over 20 years ago.

Denise runs the office. Shelagh heads up the housekeeping and Leyah looks after the horses and other animals.

Maggie is the resident blonde Labradoodle and very happy to have company. She is now joined by her daughter Elle!  It is for this reason we are now opening up Middlewick to well behaved (and deflead) dogs in some of our more dog friendly cottages.  If you are interested in bringing along a four legged guest, please give us a call and we will see whether we can accommodate you.
