Cider House - sleeps 3 (+1) bookable 'by the night' Cider House, as it says on the label was the old Cider/apple store of Middlewick Farm. The two storey cottage has been charmingly restored to retain most of its original character. With high vaulted beams and exposed stonework it is a lovely little one bedroom cottage to stay in either ‘by the night’ or ‘by the week’. Set over two levels it is one of our most perfectly laid out cottages. The front door enters from the courtyard into a large open plan area with kitchen, dining room and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and having the lounge and dining room all together makes the cottage feel very comfortable. Upstairs is one very large room with a double bed and a single bed. Additionally there is a pullout bed should you require the cottage to hold 4 people. Both upstairs and downstairs windows give a fantastic view over the Mendips to the front of the property. The newly renovated en suite bathroom has a bathtub with an electric shower within it. Laufen sanitary wear finish off the space.
Heating in Cider House is a
combination of night storage heaters and electric heaters. There is
also a wood effect electric stove heater in the lounge.
Cider House is available to
book by the night and guests have full use of the
