In the shadow of Glastonbury Tor, Mapleleaf Middlewick Holiday
Cottages offers a range of comfortable self-catering cottages sleeping from two to six with a total capacity of 37...
Enjoy
peace and tranquility in an area steeped in history, myth and legend,
just a walk from Glastonbury Tor. Nestled in a sixteen
acre blend of gardens, horse paddocks and orchard, MapleLeaf Middlewick is a wonderful place to relax, with the added bonus of a heated indoor swimming pool and steam room.
We now have several dog friendly cottages: Springfield, Pippin,
the Annex and Tor View.
You can walk directly up the Tor from Middlewick
and then into Glastonbury itself! It is a very special route to
take.
From
the well equipped stone cottages, there are fifteen miles of unrivalled views across the Somerset Levels to Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills. Wells, the smallest cathedral
city in the country is only five miles away while magnificent
Roman and Georgian Bath is just twenty-three miles.
As well as catering for private holidaymakers
and those on short breaks we can also cater for
family groups, special
interest groups and groups on retreats.
If you cannot find
the break you are looking for please contact us by telephone and we
will do our best to accommodate your needs.
During Summer 2011 we had
a successful Friday night
Pop-Up Supper Club at Middlewick. We hope
our guests, their friends and all our neighbours in Somerset enjoyed
the beautifully themed and locally sourced food. The Pop-Up Supper Club was in the function room, which has facilities for group dining, yoga, meditation
etc, is available for hire by those staying in the complex.
Internet access is available in all the cottages.
